Our staff are friendly, well trained and highly motivated to offer you a wide range of services. We offer both routine appointments and also emergency or acute care.
We have easy (disabled) parking and Tara Road Pharmacy, Bay Radiology and Tara Road Dental conveniently next to us.
How to enrol?
We are OPEN to anyone who does NOT currently have GP care in the Bay of Plenty.
To enrol, you will need to complete a form, which also includes a transfer of notes request from your present GP.
You may obtain and complete an enrolment form by visiting our medical centre, where our friendly reception staff will be pleased to help you or alternatively download the form below.
